Chardonnay

This single-variety chardonnay is a very typical chardonnay, with all those characteristics that made chardonnay famous. On the first nose, notes of white meadow flowers, yellow apple, spanish broom flower, chamomile, and orange peel appear. The wine is dry and characterized by a pleasant freshness. It is well-balanced, with pronounced flavor intensity, and a note of yellow apple emerges on the aftertaste.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C.

Pairing: It pairs gastronomically excellently with cold seafood appetizers, such as octopus salad or shrimp risotto.
