Gold 45

Our wish for this magnificent wine was to create a white wine that can be compared to the great white wines of the world. Wine aged on lees for 2.5 years in oak and acacia barrique barrels. The result is a tempting deep yellow to golden hue. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of dry almonds, dry grass, apple compote complemented by dry hazel and black truffles.  Gold 45 is a well-balanced, full-bodied wine, harmonious, with a roasted quince in the aftertaste.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C.

Pairing: In terms of food and wine pairing, this type of wine goes excellently with warm appetizers such as gratinéed scallops or lasagna.
