Red 45

It is a multi-faceted and intriguing red wine that combines the pleasure of tannin with an extraordinary persistence of taste. The nose is rich and concentrated, intertwining blackcurrant and dark blackberry with accents of vanilla, smoke, dust, and leather. Red 45 is produced in limited quantities from selected vineyards.

Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C.

Pairing: Wine pairs beautifully with rich meat dishes, making it an excellent choice to serve alongside ribeye tagliata with black truffles.
