Malvazija istarska

The wine is characterized by an elegant pale yellow-green color. On the nose, one immediately detects notes of fresh peach, pineapple, and apricot, accompanied by subtle hints of thyme and sage. It is dry, with some warmth and softness, yet simultaneously refreshing, easy to drink, and light-bodied. It is tasty, charming, and harmonious.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C.

Pairing: It pairs beautifully with fish carpaccio or baked scallops.
