Malvazija istarska

Malvazija Istarska – the absolute queen of Istrian vineyards. This authentic Istrian variety is also the most widespread white grape variety in Istria. The wine is characterized by a beautiful greenish-yellow color with darker edges. On the first nose, notes of fresh fruit such as orange peel, nectarine, and white meadow flowers are revealed, followed by hints of mint and acacia blossom. The wine is dry, has a fine freshness, and pleasant minerality. The wine is tasty and harmonious.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C.

Pairing: It pairs gastronomically excellently with Istrian prosciutto or pasta with black truffles.
