Rosé

Rosé, fresh and fruity, encompasses all the emotions of the Istrian summer. Its color is that of a summer sunset. Fruity notes, such as blueberries and raspberries, encounter hints of roses. Lively and fresh on the palate.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C.

Pairing: It is a gastronomically excellent choice as an aperitif or with various canapé sandwiches and composed salads.
